Incorporation of a full seismic package (if desired) can reduce the overall cost by minimizing the number of engineers on a project, ensuring contractors have sufficient information to account for seismic at tender time and ensuring equipment is positioned to minimize restraint requirements.

Generic designs are effective for small, standard equipment but more challenging projects can require a custom 3D drawing based on site conditions.



Complete

We aim to provide the most complete tender package possible. If additional engineering or upfront investigation is required (air flow measurements, equipment condition report) we can incorporate this in our scope to ensure no stone is left unturned.

Experience

With years of experience in design, selecting equipment and troubleshooting existing issues we have the knowledge to prepare the drawings you need in a timely manner. Additionally, to reduce the overall cost due to multiple engineers on the project, we can incorporate a full seismic package for M & E and ceilings if desired.
